Accurate evaluation of a candidates competence is critical for an organizations success.  The cost of a bad choice can be overwhelming.  Bad decisions, poor quality, upset customers, suppliers and co-workers, and damaged reputations are the outcomes of poor selections.

The SKILLS ASSESSMENT  provides critical information  on a candidates skill, knowledge and ability directly related to the position in question.  Whether making decisions for selection,  or for promotion to  more challenging positions,  a manager needs to know whether or not the candidate  will be able do what is required.



Our individual process of assessment might be thought of as a sort of audition or an athletic tryout.  It does not matter what a violinist says about themselves, nor how laudable  their motivations and their experience...at some point, you must hear them play the violin.

You define the supervisory, management or professional sales position in question. This in terms of required knowledge, skills and abilities, using the position survey questionaire we provide.

We send your candidate(s)  appropriate instrumentation testing and preparation materials.

Given the completed materials, we then contact your candidate by telephone for an in depth behavioral interview.

We send you a complete evaluation providing detailed results and materials which can, if desired, be used for coaching chosen and/or rejected candidates.
